Meet Lori
Lori Swartz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Temple University and a Masters Degree in Sports Science from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the NSCA and has completed the Applied Data Science Program certification from MIT Professional Education. Lori has extensive experience in sports science, having interned with University of Pittsburgh’s Women’s Lacrosse, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and Temple University Football. Additionally, she has served as a Strength Coach for multiple men’s and women’s sports at William Penn Charter School. Lori joined Catapult in November 2021, and primarily works in the Northeast and Southeast regions. She takes pride in supporting prestigious programs such as University of Pittsburgh, University of Florida Football, University of Maryland, University of South Carolina Football, West Virginia University, and Michigan State University. Outside of her professional life, Lori is an avid dog lover with three large dogs—two German Shepherds and a Great Pyrenees—and has recently started competing in powerlifting.
Meet Felicia
Felicia Medalla was a D1 college golfer at California State University-Fullerton where she majored in Kinesiology and worked as a strength conditioning intern. She then traversed to England to do her MSc in Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management while playing on the golf performance squad as a scholar athlete and interning with their high performance center. In between her Masters and Catapult career, she was a rookie at the Ladies European Access Tour. She has served as our Applied Sports Scientist in the Southeast Asia, Indian Subcontinent and Middle East region for three years until she relocated to the US where she now supports the West Coast region. Felicia is proud to have worked with the Philippine Women’s National Football team, Cricket India, Hockey India, Football Association of Malaysia and currently the Vancouver Whitecaps. She loves to travel and her goal every year is to travel to as many countries as her age. As a proud Asian that loves skincare, she has also curated personal skincare routines for a couple of her colleagues.
